These terms govern your use of the Pine State Well & Pump website. By using this site you agree to them.
Pine State Well & Pump is run by AraBuilds, a trade name of Ara’s Services LLC. We pass your request to an independent local company, which contacts you and does the work under its own agreement with you.
Informational use
Content on this site describes our well repair services in Central Maine for general information. It is not a guarantee of specific results, pricing, or availability for your property. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quotes & estimates
Requesting a quote does not create a contract for service. Any estimate provided is based on the information available and may change after on-site inspection of your well system.
No warranty for the website
This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is error-free or continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pine State Well & Pump is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Service work is governed by the separate agreement for that work.

Pine State Well & Pump (run by AraBuilds) texts you only if you text us first at (207) 466-6171 or tick the text box on our quote form, and only about your request: replies, scheduling and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we’ll confirm and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@arabuilds.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is never required to get a quote. See our Privacy Policy.
